Shona Watt, M.Sc. Environmental Management
Welcome to my site! I'm Shona Watt, an environmentally-conscious girl from Montreal, Quebec. I'm interested in increasing people's awareness of environmental issues. My background is in wildlife biology and environmental management, and I've taught at conservation summer camps, a wilderness survival school, and as an adjunct professor at Champlain College of Vermont. I have previously contributed to WWF Scotland, Sierra Club Atlantic Chapter, Global Coalition for Climate Action, Climate Justice Montreal, and other environmental organizations.
I'm looking for any opportunities to expand my experience with grassroots activism, climate change legislation, or environmental education. Some of my hobbies are learning how to become more self sufficient (urban gardening, permaculture, and beekeeping) and being outside with my camera. Please feel free to check out my blog and CV, or drop me a line on the contact page.
