Nurturing change.
Shona is a changemaker who gets things done. She loves facilitating a collective vision and helping others develop their leadership skills for positive change. In her wildlife biology undergrad, she hiked through the woods tracking mammals and studying bird calls. She spent the next year in rainy Scotland completing a Masters in Environmental Management, and started beekeeping upon returning to Quebec.
Somewhere in between nerding out about the Latin names of plants, she realized that we can’t just get bogged down with the problems – we need to dedicate our heart and soul to building flourishing communities for all life on earth.
Since then, she has traded her binoculars for Gantt charts, and now has over 10 years of demonstrated success empowering and organizing thriving teams. Shona has a proven track record of leading groups, teaching, and developing programs which acknowledge the extent of our earth’s challenges, while tapping into the optimism of the human spirit.
